Wow, what can we say about this idilic island. Not much as we are still so speechless, it is too beautiful for words. When you see a picture perfect postcard, that is what it is like in the Seychelles. Its outstanding natural beauty is hard to beat. Being an archipelago of 115 islands off the East African Coast, so much of the country is yet to be discovered, the largest island Mahé is home to the largest population and the capital, it has pristine beaches, lots of activities and great local food. Other popular islands include Praslin and La Dique, all with their own unique and beautiful features.
However, due to its isolation, Seychelles is certainly not a cheap destination to visit. It caters for honeymooners, family holidays and high end tourists. However, that being said, we have on a number of occasions seen great air fares to this beautiful islands, and once you’re here you can book an Airbnb or treat yourself for a few nights in a top hotel (you’re only here once!).
